Sadly these diamond engagement rings myths still exist!

Do you remember the confusion on the face of your friend, cousin, or colleague while buying a diamond engagement ring? Why do you think they were confused? It is due to the various myths that are prevailing regarding a diamond engagement ring. We all know how much value the diamonds contain in the eyes of the people and how much they are talked about.

When something is as important as diamonds and gets talked on a great level, every verdict and expertize jump into it. You have people talking about the diamonds, its benefits, its disadvantages, and more with so much confidence as if they hold a professional degree for the same.

It is highly advised to not listen to any such thing as in order to get the correct the information, contacting professionals is the best option and when you don’t, you fall prey to the following myths!

Top diamond rings myths to never pay heed to

·        Diamond engagement rings are highly expensive
The first and foremost myth which is also the biggest myth is that the diamond engagement ring is way too expensive and you need to spend two to three months salary on it. However, this is not the case as you can buy a pretty nice diamond ring at a pocket-friendly price too. It all depends on the amount of carat you want. You have less money; you have a small carat ring waiting for you with a smile!

·        The bigger diamond is always better
People who do not have a flexible budget do not even look at the bigger diamonds thinking that the bigger ones are expensive ones and definitely the better ones. Again, it all depends on the diamond cut, style, quality, light radiating ability etc and not on the size itself. The choice is yours; a bigger diamond with a dull cut or smaller diamond with a better cut?

·        Every diamond sparkles
This myth is absolutely false and this myth exists since ages for sure. The sparkling depends on the diamond’s cut, the way its facets interact with the light and not on the diamond itself. If you have a diamond that has not been cut properly, forget less shine; you will get no shine at all!

·        Recycled diamonds mean bad luck
First of all, not true! What do you think is the source of the recycled diamonds? Most of the people think it is divorce only. However, it is not the only case as a lot of people need money in exchange for it during an emergency. People think recycled divorced diamonds bring bad luck & can curse their relationship which is completely untrue as it all depends on your relationship and not the diamond! So, make sure you do not fall for these diamond engagement rings as they can really upset your mood, relationship, choices, and most importantly the peace at heart!
